Summerhouse Caravan Storage is a family run business, established some years ago to cater for people who can't, or don't want to store their caravan on their driveway when it's not being used. By working with our colleagues at CaSSOA we have created a secure compound located at the rear of the farm and farm house. Security on our site is constantly being updated and reviewed. Our current total capacity is 180 caravans/motor homes.

The main caravan compound is grass standing, each caravan owner is allocated their own plot number to ensure that the caravans are parked in orderly rows. Within the compound there is a water tap and a fire point including fire extinguishers. We have a high level of security including perimeter ditches and hedging, beam alarms, security lighting and routine audits. The motor home area is a hard standing area within the compound. The main feature of our security is the access control system. This allows customers entry and exit using individual pin codes which operate the electronic gates. Each customer is issued with their own individual pin code, which is allocated per plot and this allows free access during daylight hours. Access to the site after daylight hours must be agreed with the site owners.

Our site requires that all caravans, motor homes, cars & boats MUST be insured and have the storage conditions verified with the insurance company. A copy of the policy is required by the site and will be kept on record along with the Cris Identification Number. Please note that storage at ‘Summerhouse Caravan Storage' is at owner's own risk and all caravans MUST be insured and have a wheel clamp or hitch lock fitted as standard.

The minimum storage contracts available at our site are 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

On arrival you will be required to provide us with proof of identification, in the form of a picture driving license or passport, as well as proof of address in the form of a household bill, we also reserve the right to refuse admission.
